LEVEL 2:
Ground floor, includes a hall, toilet, kitchen, dining room, living room and one of the bedrooms. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house, and smart TV allows you to watch your favorite programs or sports games.
Also on this floor there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, having access directly from the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, and includes a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils and appliances (pans, pots, etc.).
LEVEL 3:
The second floor combines 4 bedrooms and another toilet with a shower. There is also a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. 3 bedrooms - double and 2 bedrooms - single, so the house accommodates 8 people. Total number of bedrooms 5.
The living room, the terrace and the kitchen are facing south, which means that throughout the day, the house is bathed in sunshine.

Just imagine, early in the morning, having walked just 70 meters from the house, you catch a white bream, roach, bream, and perch right from the pier! In spring, we come across a rather large ide, and huge perches are caught on the boat from the same pier.

Villa Humlan is a modern cottage built in May 2025. The cottage is located on a mountain not far from Villa Finnö Black. Both cottages are made in the same modern Scandinavian style.
The house is located 70 m from the shore at an altitude of 20 m above sea level. Therefore, the windows offer a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains.
Both villas form a harmonious ensemble and are perfect for a large company of friends as well as for family recreation.
